Financing for New Investors to First Time Construction

Many successful real estate investors started with their first project being a flip. The biggest challenge is often finding the right financing structure to get the project moving.

At RS Capital, we work with investors who are entering the fix-and-flip space and need a lending partner that understands the process. Our goal is to help investors move from opportunity to execution

Often times many real estate investors eventually move from renovating homes to building new ones. Without prior new construction experience, finding financing can be challenging – regardless of prior flip experience.

Construction allows investors to:

  • Control the entire project from start to finish
  • Build modern properties designed for today’s market
  • Potentially increase margins compared to traditional flips

However, many lenders require years of construction experience before financing a project.

That’s where RS Capital is different.

Tell us a little about your deal and we’ll send you a personalized term sheet—no obligation, no hard credit pull.

How the Process Works

Step 1 — Submit Your Project

Provide basic details about the property and renovation plan.

Step 2 — Loan Review

Our team reviews the project and determines possible financing options.

Step 3 — Begin Renovation

Funds are released according to the project structure so construction can begin.

Step 4 — Sell or Refinance

Once the project is complete, investors typically sell the property or refinance into long-term financing.
